Before the work starts.

Is every implementation fixed-price?

The agreed scope is quoted at a fixed price. New work is not silently absorbed or billed; it is described and approved as a separate change.

What if an existing tool already works?

It stays. The audit looks for the smallest useful intervention, including configuration or integration before replacement.

Do we own the finished system?

Project-specific deliverables transfer as stated in the proposal after payment. Third-party software remains under its own licence, and every ongoing dependency is listed at handover.

What happens after launch?

The handover includes documentation and training. Ongoing support is optional and scoped separately, so the system is not held hostage to a retainer.
