Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Younix collects, why it is used, who may process it, and the choices available to you.
This policy applies to younix.xyz, enquiries and audit bookings, project communications, and services Younix provides. For a client project, an accepted proposal, statement of work, or data-processing agreement may add more specific terms.
1. Who this policy covers
Younix operates this website and is responsible for personal data when it decides why and how that data is used. This includes data from prospective clients, clients, their authorised team members, suppliers, and other people who contact Younix.
Privacy requests and grievances can be sent to the contact address above with the subject line Privacy request.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Name, email address, phone number, company, and role.
- Booking answers, project goals, workflow details, messages, and files you choose to share.
- Contract, billing, payment-status, support, and project-delivery records created during an engagement.
- Account access or business data provided for client work, but only where the agreed scope requires it.
Information from this website
The site does not currently use advertising pixels or a first-party analytics product. Its hosting and security providers may still record standard request data such as IP address, browser or device type, requested page, time, and error or security events.
Booking data
The booking page uses Cal.com. Cal.com may receive the details you enter, the selected time, IP address, browser or device information, and cookies or similar technologies. Its policy describes service, analytics, and advertising uses that may apply to the embedded experience. Cal.com handles that data under its own privacy policy.
Contact form data
The contact form uses FormSubmit to relay submissions to Younix by email. FormSubmit receives the fields you submit and technical request data needed to deliver the message and filter abuse. It may also use an anti-spam challenge. FormSubmit handles that data under its own privacy policy.
Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, health records, or other highly sensitive data unless a secure method and written scope have been agreed first.
3. How we use information
Younix uses personal data only for relevant business purposes:
- Responding to enquiries and scheduling calls or audits.
- Understanding a workflow, preparing a quote, and taking requested steps before an agreement.
- Delivering, documenting, supporting, securing, and handing over contracted work.
- Managing invoices, contracts, records, and client accounts.
- Preventing abuse, diagnosing faults, enforcing terms, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations.
- Improving the site and service using direct feedback.
Depending on the context, processing is based on your consent, your request to take steps toward a contract, performance of a contract, a legal obligation, or another use permitted by applicable law. Younix does not sell personal data and does not use website data for decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
5. International processing
Cal.com, FormSubmit, and other providers used for website or project delivery may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where applicable law requires safeguards for a transfer, Younix will use the provider’s contractual safeguards or agree project-specific measures with the client.
6. How long we keep it
Data is kept only while it remains useful for the purpose described above, or while a legal, tax, security, contractual, or dispute requirement applies. In practice:
- Enquiries that do not become projects are normally removed or de-identified within 24 months of the last meaningful contact.
- Client, contract, invoice, and project records are retained for the engagement and any period required for tax, legal, warranty, or dispute purposes.
- Booking data follows the applicable Cal.com account and retention settings.
- Contact-form delivery data follows the applicable FormSubmit and email-provider retention settings.
Deletion from encrypted backups may occur during the normal backup replacement cycle rather than immediately.
7. How we protect it
Younix uses proportionate access controls, reputable service providers, encrypted connections, minimum-necessary access, and account security practices. Client access is limited to people and systems involved in the agreed work. No online service can promise absolute security, so sensitive credentials should be shared only through an agreed secure channel.
8. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for a summary of personal data being processed, access to it, correction, completion, erasure, or withdrawal of consent. You may also raise a grievance and nominate another person to exercise rights where the law permits.
Younix may need to verify your identity and may retain information where a legal exception or obligation applies. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal, but it may prevent a requested service from continuing.
If a grievance is not resolved, you may complain to the competent data-protection authority, including the Data Protection Board of India where the Digital Personal Data Protection framework applies. See the official MeitY data-protection rules page.
9. Children’s data
Younix provides business services and does not knowingly seek personal data from anyone under 18 through this website. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact Younix so it can be reviewed and removed where appropriate.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy will be updated before Younix introduces a materially different data practice, such as advertising tracking, a new payment flow, or a new public form. The effective date at the top will show the latest published version. Material changes will apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
Questions, requests, or grievances can be sent to hello@younix.xyz.
